GAIN As A Hub
GAIN is a community hub and ecosystem for individuals and organisations to explore neuroinclusion and unlock the potential of neurodiversity in the insurance and investment sectors.
Through our ‘Hub’ approach, members and partners co-create change, connecting communities to address their unique needs. With valuable input from neurodivergent individuals, we aim to equip employers in fostering neuroinclusive workplaces that will create the right environment for neurodivergent individuals to thrive.
As we broaden our membership within the insurance and investment sectors, we are addressing talent gaps, and driving impactful initiatives.
In collaboration with corporate members and neurodivergent individuals we are creating neuroinclusive workplaces, facilitating job opportunities, showcasing service providers, and expanding research to deepen our collective impact.

Building Belief in the Benefits of Neuroinclusion
At GAIN, we believe in building belief in the power of neurodiversity and demonstrating the incredible value neurodivergent individuals bring to the insurance and investment sectors. Through building connections, transforming workplaces with our corporate members, and fostering innovation, creativity, and problem-solving, we’re driving positive change across the industry. GAINchangers is focused on hosting events, creating vibrant communities, expanding our Career Club to support neurodivergent talent, developing insights to support meaningful conversations, and advocating for public policies that champion neuroinclusion.

Building Neuroinclusive Workplaces
Creating neuroinclusive workplaces in insurance and investment is essential to fostering environments where all employees can thrive. At GAIN, we collaborate with 46 corporate members to address challenges faced by neurodivergent professionals, including improving workplace adjustments, supporting disclosure, and equipping employee resource groups. By developing tools, hosting events, and promoting successes, we help companies unlock innovation, enhance well-being, and lead the way in neuroinclusion. Join us to build workplaces that inspire creativity and drive progress.

Growing Talent Streams
At GAIN, we aim to make the insurance and investment sectors a top career destination for neurodivergent individuals, with representation that surpasses the national average. With a target of 1,000 GAIN-facilitated hires, we support diverse pathways such as internships, career returners, and flexible roles. For corporates, we offer insights on the talent match between neurodivergent individuals and sector needs, hiring success measures, and a portal connecting vacancies to GAIN members. For individuals, we provide tools, resources, and access to a vibrant career club to support their journey into the industry. Together, we’re shaping a future that celebrates neurodiverse talent.

GAIN is harnessing expertise to create a neuroinclusive future in insurance and investment. By collaborating with corporates, volunteers, service providers, and the neurodivergent community, we are driving key initiatives that amplify neurodiverse voices, foster knowledge-sharing, and develop actionable solutions. Through activities such as creating working groups with lived-experience representation, expanding our online service provider platform, and collecting community feedback, we aim to shape industry-wide change.
