GAIN Welcomes AXA XL as Latest Corporate Member, Driving Industry Change in Neurodiversity

GAIN Together

We are thrilled to welcome AXA XL as our latest corporate member.

AXA XL joins a growing network of over 46 companies, covering more than 60% of the insurance market, as it seeks to broaden its mission to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across its global workforce.

As the latest member, AXA XL is joining the industry transformation that is being unveiled across the insurance and investment sector. Businesses are coming together to better support neurodivergent talent, create opportunities, and foster workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Ken Kittoe, AXA XL’s newly appointed UK DE&I Partner, commented:

“We’re excited to join GAIN and work together to build a culture of belonging, where everyone can grow and thrive as their authentic selves. At AXA XL, we believe in harnessing the unique talents and perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring to our industry. Together with GAIN, we’re committed to advancing an inclusive and innovative workplace for all.”

AXA XL’s membership underscores the growing momentum behind GAIN’s mission and its flagship campaign, #CountMeIn, which calls on industry leaders to actively participate in creating accessible and supportive environments for neurodivergent professionals. Through #CountMeIn, GAIN aims to foster a community of businesses that celebrate difference and encourage neurodivergent individuals to fully participate in their work environments.

Francis McGee, Executive Chair of GAIN, added:

“We are delighted to welcome AXA XL to GAIN’s membership and excited to collaborate on driving meaningful change. As an industry, we have a responsibility to ensure that neurodivergent individuals are not only welcomed into the workforce but are also given the tools and opportunities to excel.”
