About GAIN
Creating A Match
GAIN (Group for Autism, Insurance, Investment and Neurodiversity) is a Community Interest Company, established in 2021 by an alliance of people and organisations, working together to accelerate a radical improvement in the employment prospects for neurodivergent individuals through a community hub and ecosystem within the insurance, investment, and related sectors of the financial services industry.
We believe there is a clear match between the industry's talent needs of the industry and the unique strengths and capabilities of neurodivergent individuals, yet this connection is often overlooked. Many neurodivergent professionals already in the industry feel compelled to "mask" their differences, even though those differences often represent their greatest strengths.
Join us as we work together as an industry to address this talent match, as we seek to improve diversity and inclusion as part of enhanced workplace practices, in response to ESG and regulatory priorities.
At GAIN, we've proven the most effective way to drive meaningful change is through a unified, industry-wide initiative.

Our Vision
A world where insurance and investment businesses benefit from being places where neurodivergent individuals thrive and belong.
Our Mission
To spark an industry-owned and industry-led radical improvement in the employment prospects of neurodivergent people in insurance, investment, and related areas of financial services.

Our Strategy
GAIN’s three-year strategy is a bold and focused roadmap to drive meaningful progress toward neuroinclusion in the insurance and investment sectors. Our goal is to radically improve employment prospects for neurodivergent individuals by addressing systemic barriers and unlocking the value of their unique strengths. By fostering collaboration, providing tools for individuals and employers, and driving change through innovation and insight, we aim to reshape the industry landscape and build a future where neurodiversity thrives. Together, we can move the dial towards inclusion, ensuring the talent and potential of neurodivergent individuals are recognised and fully realised.
